Patients from around the world travel to Regenexx Cayman because of our proprietary, lab-processing techniques. In fact, we offer the most advanced orthopedic stem cell procedure on the planet!

ADVANCED LAB PLATFORM

At Regenexx Cayman, we have an advanced laboratory platform. What does this mean? Rather than using basic bedside centrifuges and "one-size-fits-all" products, we hand-process every single sample. Why is this important? This customization allows us to produce the right concentrations to treat your unique condition, so you can achieve the best possible outcome.

Using patented protocols, our cell biologists grow patients’ stem cells (100 – 1,000 times more). This exponentially increases the number of critical repair cells available for Regenexx-C treatment; plus, you can safely store your additional cells at our laboratory and use them for future treatment. For same-day stem cell treatment, Regenexx-SD, our proprietary lab processing concentrates cells approximately 20 times over initial bone marrow sample, producing a more concentrated cell injection. Regenexx PRP injections are up to 10 times more concentrated (compared to bedside machines).

YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY

When it comes to stem cell treatment, customization is key, but your safety is also our priority. After a patient's cells are expanded and cryopreserved in our state-or-the-art laboratory, a pooled sample of culture media is tested to ensure sterility. Additionally, our laboratory environment and protocols are designed to maintain stringent sterility standards for our clinical products. All sample processing takes place in a highly controlled laboratory, which meets ISO Class 7 criteria, and is certified by the International Cellular Medicine Society (ICMS), licensed by the Health Practice Commission (HPC), and staffed by licensed medical technologists, who are trained in aseptic technique.

Last, but certainly not least, we have the largest cleanroom laboratory in the Caribbean, which is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment, but don’t just take our word for it – take a virtual lab tour and see for yourself.
